Refund & Cancellation Policy – Elsewhere Club

We want you to love your experience at Elsewhere Club. If you're not fully satisfied, here’s how we handle cancellations and refunds:

Cancellations:

• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase by contacting our support.

• Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Returns/Refunds:

• Eligible only for:

  • Damaged or defective products

  • Incorrect items shipped

• Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery via email with unboxing video/photos.

Refund Timeline:

• Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
